Crinoids

Name: Cupressocrinites abbreviatus Location: Morocco Age: Devonian Size: Matrix 17” wide x 8.5” tall, cusps: 2.5”, 3”, and 3.5” Condition: Very Good, all 3 have short sections of stem preserved with the largest middle crinoid having over 4.5” of stem preserved. The matrix has been ground down around the crinoids to set them off from the matrix. There is a large brachiopod preserved next to the left crinoid and there is a black horn coral below the right crinoid. The matrix contains bryozoan, horn corals, trilobite molts, and other fossils.
