feet long. The vertebra are articulated
with only one place where the vertebra are not still attached. There are some partial ribs attached to the
vertebra, but most of the rib pieces are
not attached to the vertebra.
This piece is free of matrix.
There are 12 complete and 2 partial (1 not shown) vertebra.

Description: These vertebra are almost complete and are
from the same mosasaur. The vertebra are
approximately 3 inches long and 4 inches high.

Description: This partial paddle contains 15 bones, 7 of which are complete. Most of the bones are in the original matrix and are as found. The original matrix has been set into an artificial matrix to hold it together. There are shark bites on several of the bones. The piece measures 14” x16”.

Description: This is the largest paddle we have ever
found. The largest bone measures over 5”
long. The paddle is not complete. We found four Squalicorax shark teeth with
the bones. The paddle was disarticulated
(probably due to the shark feeding on it).
There is also 1 mosasaur tooth (1.25” long) that was found with this
paddle.

Description: This mosasaur rib cage has 15 ribs and 7
vertebra. The mosasaur was found
disarticulated. The ribs are complete
and the vertebra are mostly complete.
The bones have been glued where needed and have not completely prepped.
The vertebra are 4 inches long and the longest rib is 17 inches long.
