This string of shark vertebra is partially in the original matrix exactly as was found. There are 42 complete vertebra and six partials. The vertebra range in size from ½” to 1” diameter. There are 14 complete vertebra in the artificial matrix. The original highly fractured matrix was placed in plaster to help hold it together. Email us for more information.

These teeth and vertebra are from 1 shark. They were found together in the Niobrara
chalk. There are over 75 teeth and 27
vertebra present. There are several
clusters of teeth that appear to be still in the cartilage. The largest tooth is about ¾” long. These come with the oak display case (12” x

mortoni. The two jaws were found within
2 feet of each other. There are about
140 teeth in each set for a total count of around 280 teeth. The largest tooth measures 7/8” across the
base. There are several articulated
clusters of teeth (see picture). The oak
